I Know What It’s Like To Look Like You’re Coping Yet Feel Exhausted
If stress and anxiety have been running your life, you’re not alone.
I’ve been there too.
On the outside everything looked fine. I was a single parent with two lovely sons, a good career, my own home and earning enough to support my family but I was experiencing increasing stress and symptoms of anxiety (OCD) terrified that something would go wrong.
Inside, I was running on empty. Stressed, anxious, and wondering if this was really all life had to offer.
I told myself to keep going, but deep down, I knew something had to change
When Stress Quietly Takes Over Your Life
My journey took me deep into understanding how our minds and bodies work under pressure. I trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
Over the years, I saw patterns, not just in my own life but in those of my clients. These patterns led me to create a practical, repeatable framework that helps people break free from stress and anxiety for good.
From Struggle to System
The result is the ChapWell Method™: a simple, effective system built around Three Keeper Habits. These habits help you reclaim your calm, rebuild your confidence, and reconnect with the life you actually want to live — without adding more to your already full plate.
Proven Tools, Real Change
This approach isn’t guesswork. It’s rooted in science, psychology, and years of working with clients from all walks of life who once believed, probably like you, they are just stressed, anxious people, weaker or less than others. With the right tools and support, lasting change isn’t just possible. It’s inevitable.
“Working with Fiona has certainly changed my life. I came in feeling constantly overwhelmed and anxious. Through the ChapWell Method, I now have practical tools to manage stress and feel more in control of my emotions. I finally feel like myself again.”
